Who called from 2026843195

My phone rings and machine picks up and they hang up.  Then they call one minute later.  It happens usually same time of day late afternoon.  I also get the same in the morning but not sure if it is this same number.  I never pick up.  Its really annoying and I'm on the list to not receive these calls so i do not understand why I am receiving them.

When this number calls there is never anyone that responds to my answer.  They usually call twice. And as soon as I answer they hang up.

This number called Saturday, 9/12/15 @ 2:19 PM EDT, left no message.

This number keeps calling every day although it always goes to my answering machine and they never leave a message.

Called Wed 23 Sep 600p mdst. Did not answer. No voice mail left.
