This is a scam. Don't fall for someone that says they will give you a government loan if you pay money up front. Jacob got angry when I called him a scammer. They also called from 202-559-4622.

Saying it was refundable dont fall for it!
If it was legit, you'd get a letter from SS, not a phone call! And thats best handled at the local SS office where you get a real person working for the real SS.
What this guy is doing is trying to scam folks for money..
I JUST GOT A PHONE CALL FOR THE SECOND TIME TODAY FROM 202-020-2020 THE LADY HAD ALL MY INFO. TOLD ME TO CALL JACOB BLACK AT 202-697-9128 AND TO GIVE HIM A NUMBER. CUROISTY GOT THE CAT, I CALLED HE SAID I OULD RECEIVE A CHECK TOMORROW FOR $6995.00 IF I WENT TO WALMART AND PURCHASED A MONEY PAK FOR $4.95 AND HAD $290.0O PLACED ON THE CARD. THEN I WAS TO CALL HIM AS SOON AS I GOT OUTSIDE AND HE WOULD HAVE THE CHECK IN THE MAIL.I JUST BECAME A WIDOW AT THE AGE OF 65. HE KNEW EVERYTHING INCLUDING WHAT TYPE OF INCOME I HAVE AND THE FACT THAT DUE TO AN ERROR IN THE WILL I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING. THIS ALMOST MADE ME FALL FOR IT. WHAT A TERRIBLE THING FOR SOMEONE TO DO WHEN SOMEONE IS DOWN.. PLEASE BE CAREFUL..
