DC Buster, I believe you are 100% correct and I think it is First National Credit Bureau. The debt doesn't even have to be yours, if you have ever been unfortunate enough to have a relative use your name and phone number as a reference when they take out a loan or get credit and then not pay it back, they will call you and call you every day from multiple different numbers. I have even gotten phone calls for people that live in my neighborhood, it's disgusting, these debt collectors and skip tracers have no shame or sense of what is right and wrong. They don't care who they harass, they just want money!!!!!
This number has called me several times and never leaves a message. I no longer answer any phone call from a number I do not know. Also if it was important they would leave a message. Caller ID = WASHINGTONDCL
This number has called me three times. Never leave a message. I picked up this time and they would not answer me. I called back and the recording said I can be taken off their call list if I want. They did not identify themselves in recording. Do not give anyone money over the phone period. I just blocked them in my I phone.
