This number has been calling my cell phone every hour for the past 3 days!! I have never answered and not once have they left a message. CID says it's a Washington D.C. originated number. I don't know anyone there that would be calling me. The 2nd day, after still getting no answer to their hourly calls, they started calling from an UNKNOWN number right after. Then today, the 3rd day, when I didn't answer the 202 call or the UNKNOWN call immediately after, I got calls from PRIVATE right after!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! Who are these people and what the hell do they want or have to sell that is so important that they would go through all of that just to try and trick people into answering their calls? RIDICULOUS!!!! Hopefully they will stop and move on very soon. If I knew how to block the 202 from being able to call, I would! But I don't, damnit!!
I also received sevaral calls from this number that definitely is a scam. The way I got rid of them last time they called - I asked to send me an email that I will forward it to my IT department, and he can get in touch with them to resolve the issue. The guy immediatley gave up. What is concerning me though is that he had one of my email addresses correctly. I will deactivate this account anyway.
