SCAM!!!!!! This is a scam caller. If you redial the number it will take you to a voice message from a pet care center in D.C. The message reports that if you are receiving calls from this number their phone has been hacked and it advises you to contact the FBI Fraud Center at 202-324-3000, and to report it to Microsoft.
