I wanted to know what this number is from because they I keep on getting phone calls about free grant money .

Yep. IRS break in. It's Fraud!

I was offfered $9000 but had to pay $250 to western Union.  Any real grant is completely free!

I agree I just got the same call about the 9000 dollars.
