Who called from 2027476244

Sometimes I make immature sounds, other times I answer and tell them to take me off the list. On a rare occassion, I will pick up the phone and leave it there. No matter what, I get hung up on.

My fiance and I both have been called by this same number. They started calling me today, they've called like 4 times and only spoke once it was a girl, couldn't understand the name, and she knew my name said she was from somewhere, couldn't understand, and started to say the reason she was calling me then hung up. I heard a lot of noise in the background like it was a telemarketer. I called back once it said noon working number, then I called back as it appeared one like this, *20 2 7476244 and it said I didn't have enough money in my account to complete this call. Making me think it was an international number. The only thing I can think of why my fiance and I have both gotten calls from this number is that we have the exact same phone and mobile carrier, prepaid att go phone??? Idk, weird

I just got a call from this number the location is Egypt but I've looked on other sites people are saying that the call came from Washington.....these scammers don't have anything better to do
