Same thing.....Man with middle east accent informing me I was eligible for a 7,000.00 grant because I pay my bills on time and have not filed bankruptcy in the last 6 months! I told him I did not believe he was from the federal government and it was a scam and he hung up!
The same guy with the accent called and because I wasn't answering his questions with the usual answers, i.e., how are you today and I answered wonderful, he hung up on me. But not before telling me he was with the treasury office. I have his name on my caller ID, which is probably fake. Here it is for all to see: Osman Ezzeldin or vice versa. Scam.
The following numbers have the same man with multiple companies he makes cold calls on. He knows my first and last name, has access to my medical records, says he is from a government agency and I qualify for a grant, bladder sling lawyer, credit card companies, the list goes on. He has been calling my number for over 3 years, 3-5 times daily. I have asked repeatedly to be removed from his call list. I asked for his supervisor whom is never there. Already today he has called 7 times
Lady with an accent saying I was randomly selected to receive a government grant of $7000. I said "what kind of grant" and she just repeated herself. I disputed the validity of her claim and she hung up on me.
