Same thing.....Man with middle east accent informing me I was eligible for a 7,000.00 grant because I pay my bills on time and have not filed bankruptcy in the last 6 months! I told him I did not believe he was from the federal government and it was a scam and he hung up!
Who are you talking to. The callers are hard core Indian and Pakistani scammer/extortionists and they will not stop calling. There's nothing the US can do and the local governments do little. Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize. You might want to block the entire 202 area code. It is often used by these kinds of scammers.
