I wait, talk to the human, and help them to realize they have the worstest job in the world. Then I add them to my cell phone, but mark the SEND DIRECTLY TO VOICEMAIL box. A few choice words describing her [***] helps too.
This number calls all times of the day and night. When you answer, no one says anything. When I call back, voice recording states "I'm sorry, this caller does not have a voice mail set up yet."
Just got a call from this nymber... didn't make it to the phone in time. Judging from these posts, maybe that was a good thing. The caller left no message.
I'm thinking this is a skip trace / locator sort of thing. No info about it, bogus messages about winning a trip or getting a job, they're just looking to see if the number is still valid and whitewashing their calling point
