Yes it's a scam. Anytime someone with an Indian accent cold calls you and offers you something or threatens you, you know it's a scam and you should hang up. Do not call these people back.
Yea i figured that . But sometimes you cant tell when you receive a call and miss it. If you dont answer you never know. But i do know that the IRS will contact you by mail not call
