Called and leave no msg, more than likely spam

Called me after 8pm, which I hate. I miss the call, but they left no voice mail. So I searched Google and found this site. What are they getting out of this? So weird.

They called me last night at 10:57pm.  Who in their right mind calls that late!!!  Didn't answer as ringer was turned off.  Irritating to find this when I got up this morning.

Called me, but did not leave a message. I have blocked thae number, I do not know anyone from DC
