Called at 9:40 PM Pacific, so 12:40 AM in Washington. Answered since I have family in that region, but I didn't say anything since there was a beep when I answered. Nothing was said, then disconnected.
12027704602 this number just called me at 2:23 a.m. I'm in Virginia. Caller ID showed Washington DC. There was no one on the line. It hung up. Something needs to be done. With whoever is making theses call's also. Nobody should be calling anyone's phone at this time in the morning. Unless it's a emergency!!!!
