I been constantly harassed by these ppl.They just called twice.The second time I answered and I said I googled the number and you all are a scam.He said the only reason why ppl are saying that is cause they dont wanna pay what they owe.I told him send me something in writing and he said I can email it to u and I said no u won't if u can't send me something then I ain't paying nothing.Then I said I get at least 10 to 15 calls a day from y'all he gonna tell me I was lying .Them ppl will call me at least 7/8 times back to back.That why I just hung up in his face after I told him if they call again I'm going to police station.I see he ain't call back.
Just received a call from this company stating I owed a payday loan from 2011 and I will be taken to court. NOT TRUE. Phone Number direct is 202-792-3776 persons name Lamant Fields
Total scam,, dont worry about them,, total dumb [***] at that,, I ran them in circles for 30 minutes,, then told them I have collected their call data,, phone ID,, service node,, re-router IP, and how they were using Vonage,, they said hold on for a supervisor,, I said certainly I would,, he tried to explaine how a judge ordered the call,, I said please let me know which judge in my county and when I go to work tomorow at the district courthouse I would talk with them personally ,,, they hung up! go figure. :)
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

I got a call for my ex husband who I haven't been with since 2003 telling me that a case was opened against him in the county which he resides. He had 14 hours to respond to call. Stated my number was given as contact number. Not sure how as my ex doesn't have my phone number.
