I been constantly harassed by these ppl.They just called twice.The second time I answered and I said I googled the number and you all are a scam.He said the only reason why ppl are saying that is cause they dont wanna pay what they owe.I told him send me something in writing and he said I can email it to u and I said no u won't if u can't send me something then I ain't paying nothing.Then I said I get at least 10 to 15 calls a day from y'all he gonna tell me I was lying .Them ppl will call me at least 7/8 times back to back.That why I just hung up in his face after I told him if they call again I'm going to police station.I see he ain't call back.
I received a phone call from the same company. First the lady said she was calling me for a Derrick Smith and that he just stepped out but she can help me. The lady went into saying that they are calling and collecting for a company called DJR Group. DJR Group claims that they am not working with them. HOW can I work with a company I never worked with. I go through this every year with DJR Group, so this year is it. I will be filing a lawsuit against them for harassment.
Hopefully you will take the time to read the posts on the first page. You will not be suing them for "harassment", you will be suing them for FDCPA violations. it is important that you get it right, and get the proper attorney.

Caller today was Derrick left information on my voicemail and then I call number back same scenario as others about a Payday Loan DRL group in 2011 so he stated. But I told him I don't owe them but just last week I got a called from another company same but out of Florida about same information but once I try to pull information up on address no insisting of such place Horizon mediation in Fort Lauderdale, Floridaall of them calling to be a law firm.
