Claims to be u s treas. With broken English just a scam

Just got a call from this number asking if I was (my full name), and when I said yes, they hung up. Either it was odd timing of they were just fishing for verification of name/number.

They left a voice message that I'm facing a federal indictment & better call back & not ignore the message

The message sounded very threatening
