KM & Chris: There are many who read these posts when receiving such calls. If the data is already stated being
redundant makes no sense. I do leave msgs when I get suspicious calls and let peeps know. Yes many more should
be checking this sight. These calls using the telephone go to "conditioned response people" who just can't leave the phone alone. IF someone really knows you and wishes to speak with you the caller will leave a VM. Otherwise /ig the calls that don't validate their call to your phone. Also these calls are placed by robocall devices to a bank of numbers at one entry and there is no heed to DNC or other registries. Calls come in on my business/home phone all the time so I know I have to be vigilant about watching incoming calls.
Ditto the earlier message. ID was Washington DC and no one left a message. I doubt it was AARP but maybe. I'm a member and I've never found them shy about leaving messages.
Same here.....Washington DC and have had several calls from this number with NO message left. I never answer b/c I won't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. I use to be a member of AARP, so I doubt it is from them. They would have left a message even if I am no longer a member.
But then just approx 2 minutes later I got a call from 404-991-2283 and they did not leave a message either. I wouldn't doubt it is from the same scammers.

Call from Washington, DC, male voice said "can you hear me," I hung up. I believe I have received calls from this number in the past. I added the number to my "do not answer" list.
No message, just two calls from this number, ID is WASHINGTON DC. Why don't more people use this site. There is good info on here, more often than not. I can't believe that Chris and myself are the only victims of this caller.
