Received a call from this number this afternoon. The message said it was the IRS and there was suspected fraudulent activity detected on my account and a warrant could be issued for my arrest. Called the number back and no one answered. Again said it was the IRS.
They called me and said I had a warrant for my arrest and that I needed to call another number. I didn't call back because my sister had similar calls, she called the IRS and contacted the local court system and search her name to see if there were any outstanding warrants. Nothing showed and when she told them she new it was a scam, they stopped calling.
