They called my elderly mother and left a message that they were the IRS. I told my mother the IRS never call, they always send a letter. It is sad that these individuals try to get money from our senior citizens!
Somebody from 2028103958 left a message on my phone, that I should call them about an IRS claim, that could result in a charge
or even an arrest. When I called them, they appeared rather unprofessional and could not remember their call to me.
I want to make sure, that this a leget number.
Left message on voice that I needed to call them asap. I called them back and was answered by a India speaking person who I'd themselves as officer ---. They asked me for my phone number which I replied that you should have that. Was hung up on.
Received the same message on my phone saying it was the irs & to call the number back to resolve the matter. Called the number back & received a message that the Google Voice subscriber was unavailable & leave a message.
