filed a complaint with the FTC as my number is registered on the do not call list - you can register your number as well here https://www.donotcall.gov/ hope this is helpful - these folks we calling me twice a day - blocked the number because they didn't leave a message - maybe a robot maybe a scam - either way is just annoying!
Do Not Call has never worked. It was a good try by the Feds but does not work. Best option is to just block from your phone. Most smartphones have the option and some older phones also.
