I have gotten three calls from this number in the last hour. Due to my work, I always pick up calls, even from unknown numbers. This one is always dead silent on the other end. No clicking, no background noise, no electronic sounds. After about 15 seconds, it hangs up. Out of curiosity, and in case it was someone I needed to talk to for work, I called it back and was informed by an automated voice that the call could not connect.
I also received 2 calls today, both the same prerecorded message saying that they are calling from the IRS & that there was a warrant out for my arrest for back taxes & I needed to call them ASAP. People please be aware that these people are absolutely NOT the IRS. I feel bad for some people who may panic because they might actually owe the IRS back taxes but these people are not the IRS. I've had instances over the years where I did owe the IRS back taxes & not only were they very polite but are very helpful to assist setting up a payment arrangement.
so this "Internal Revenue Service" crap keeps on calling me over and over again about a lawsuit that has been started against me and an arrest warrant issued. Honestly i think this is pure BS because they speak in a strange accent i gave them a fake name and they hang up
i called again and then they started saying something about a tresury department butthen i was hearing all of the voice mails and i can hear what they are saiyng in the background they speak a foreign language and they speak between thereselves.
Recieved 2 calls from 202-846-0065. First call was empty line, no background noise then it disconnected. Second call claimed to be an agent with the IRS, police have a warrant for my arrest. To call back this number for further information.
The IRS would never contact you in this manner, especially if they had a warrant for your arrest. Really?! They are gonna give you a warning of an impending arrest!?
