Who called from 2028640116

Robocall claiming to be IRS saying they're suing me and to call some other number. Are people really that dumb that they fall for this stuff?

Recorded message saying a warrant would be issued for my arrest if I didn't call them back and pay them an amount unknown to me. No business name, just a threat.

Claim to be the IRS and that the IRS is filing suit.  IRS doesn't contact you this way and certainly not to say they're filing suit.

automatic message calling from 202 864-0116 claiming they been trying to contact me and about to file suit. I just hung up. liesssss.  scammer . my mom  got the same call like 2 weeks ago

Clams to be IRS filling a suit against me and every one else from what i've researched on the call. I would bet Tax Money that the IRS would like to Talk with them about these fake robo-calls!
