Received automated message stating that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and asking me to call their number.

I just received this call at work.  They asked me if the police had contacted me yet about a lawsuit that's about to be filed against me.  Victor Sung was the name on the recorded voicemail I received.  I asked why the police would contact me about a lawsuit, that's not their lane and the guy said because it was a lawsuit....then he hung up.  Weird only because I had some IRS issues in DC a few years ago, but they were cleared up so I guess I shouldn't worry.
