Who called from 2028640116

Left a message that the IRS was suing me and to call them back. When I call the number I get a "all circuits are busy now" message.

Maybe they r checking if our number is correct. Hopefully they're not trying to steal our identity.

Called today about a case against me.

I needed a laugh and then this 202-864-0116 called saying they are the IRS and they are filing suit etc...Funniest thing I have heard all day...and they called twice...lol

Why don't they have SCAM in the Call Type list below?! Caller ID said Washington DC. As soon as I answered I got a recording that said it was my final warning that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and I needed to call a number (didn't write it down). I just laughed and hung up. I really feel for the elderly that will fall for this scam.
