Automated voice of a woman said she was with the IRS, & they have been trying to reach me. They have filed a lawsuit against me and I am to call back at 202 864 1328.
This number called me in June of 2015. I kept a record of the call. Decided to call it back today (Jan 12, 2016) because I've gotten fake IRS calls from other numbers recently. I got same Middle-Eastern [***] who are still running the same IRS scam a year later from the same phone number. WHERE THE HELL IS OUR GOVERNMENT? WHERE THE HELL IS OUR IRS ENFORCEMENT AGENTS? WHY CAN A SCAM BY MIDDLE-EASTERN [***] RUN FOR A YEAR WITHOUT BEING SHUT DOWN?
Well, the callers are located in India and Pakistan and ignore all US law. They are hard core Indian or Pakistani scammer/extortionists. There's nothing the US can do and the local governments do little if anything. There have been a few successful prosecutions of US based money mules, but that's about it. Invest in a call blocker and do not pick up on numbers you do not recognize.
