Called 5/18/15.  Caller ID:  Wash DC.  No message.

Called 7/3/15 at 11:03 am. Caller ID showed "Washington DC". My phone answered by Sentry robo call blocker which advises calling party we do not accept calls from telemarketers, to remove our number from "their call list" (legal requirement to prosecute if ever caught), or press 0 to leave message. No message left.  Checking with multiple reverse phone number sites, results say not valid or can't find . One site said number was "non-fixed voiP number in Washington DC". I'm actually awaiting a call from my Senator regarding a letter I wrote, so I've temporarily "accepted" number for future calls.  Will see what happens.
