calls my cell phone 3-4 times a day...no idea who they are...call back and asked to leave a message...tell them to call my land line but they never do...been going on for two weeks

SCAMMER - uses multiple fake numbers.  Do not answer - block caller.

A call with hangup.  No message left.  About to block.

Telemarketer. Spammer. Might be a referral marketer for solar energy companies. Total nuisance. They have a suspiciously minimalist website, www.ncfre.org.
