Stupid [***] staci Garant keeps calling me and wanting sex

I have been receiving calls from this number on my cell phone for which I have to pay.  The number does not respond when you try to call them back or their voice mail is full

Got a call from this number, mailbox is full. I don't know anyone in Alabama... How did they get my number??

I am so fed up with these calls - even if I hang up immediately it still costs me 1 minute - I am on the "Do Not Call" list but that is obviously irrelevant.

This person called me saying that I need to pay my credit card bill of $3,000.
