Just got this call as well. Comes off like a collection call but then wants to lower your interest rate. Hit oneto get a very unfriendly customer service rep who answered with "So you wanna lower your interest rate or what?" When I asked to be.removed from whatever list she had me on she made some remark under her breath and hung up on me. Tried to call the number back and got the full voicemail and the garbled "uh hello" as the greeting message.
Just received a call from this number, did not answer. I called back from a land line and just as stated above received a garbled message then saying vm box full. I hate these stupid calls that waste mine and everyone else time.
I am filing a complaint on this number with the FTC. I am using http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm and I am writing a letter to http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/contact.shtm. These calls are a waste of time and resources. These people have no lives, and are probably fat and ugly. This is their only way to talk and meet people. If you met them in person, you would probably run from them due to their hideousness, rolls of fat, tattoos, toothless smile, heavily acne face, and smelly hygiene. Why else would anyone due their job?
