These scumbags are spoofing Caller ID, using a VOIP robo dial program.
Sometimes, the spoofed phone numbers are not valid.
Sometimes, the spoofed phone numbers are legitimate. When this happens, the real owners of the spoofed numbers become victimized by hundreds of angry people like us.
Being on the DNC list doesn't help.
Having an unlisted number doesn't help.
A computer is doing all of the work.
Just got a call from this number. Says it coming from Alabama. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a voice msg. BLOCK!! Could be political, it is Super Tuesday.!
This call came in & I did not recognize number esp. it being from Birmingham, AL. Did not answer. Did a web-search on Spydialer for the number & the name linked to the number is Candace. Agreed, that these calls should be outlawed.
