These scumbags are spoofing Caller ID, using a VOIP robo dial program.
Sometimes, the spoofed phone numbers are not valid.
Sometimes, the spoofed phone numbers are legitimate. When this happens, the real owners of the spoofed numbers become victimized by hundreds of angry people like us.
Being on the DNC list doesn't help.
Having an unlisted number doesn't help.

I am wondering how I can file a formal complaint. I was just cussed up one side and down the other when I told them I wasn't interested in their services. I googled the number to find a business name so I could report them to the BBB but I haven't gotten that far yet.
I pushed "1" so I could tell them never to call again. The overseas caller then did his best to cuss at me and called me a name. If anyone can find out who they are, I'd love to meet that little prick face to face.
Received call today 3-1-2016 @ 11:14am EST on my cell phone; I didn't recognize number, didn't answer and they didn't leave message.
Likely a ROBOCALL (all such calls should be outlawed)
They called me today, 3-2-16 about 10:14am. I'm in school n I get these things all the time. The phone company I have wont let me block #'s unless I pay a fee so I end up saving the number in my phone as "blocked". They change their # all the time so no matter what I do they keep getting through. Fraud # with people that got all the time in the world and no care about others being busy with their real life.
