When I heard his accent, I immediately said, "Please remove me from your list." He told me to say, "I love you". I repeated, "Please remove me from you list." He said he would, if I said "I love you. I said, "Just do it." He asked, "Do what?" We went round and round till he finally just hung up. I have no clue why he called. LOL
Sometimes I'll play along for cheap entertainment. Today I had a feeling that the unfamiliar number on caller ID was some sort of scam... I just didn't have the energy to engage.
Rec'd call twice, consecutive afternoons, no message left. App ID'ed as Megan Peters, "Head to Toe", 501 18th, Jasper, AL 35501; located at Love's Travel Stop. Hijacked number? Or stupid scammer?
Received this call at 7:30 this morning.Identifier says Jasper, AL. I no longer answer the phone if I don't recognize the number. Too many of these types of calls now.
Received a call from Justin who transferred me to "Apple Support" which was Davie Jones! Seriously, who do they think they are fooling? Asked who they wanted me to report it to, the police or FBI? They started yelling at me, come on! Told them they are committing fraud and they explained that my computer will shut down, told me I am not a computer tech. Kept them on the phone for 6 minutes until they hung up!
Jason Smith Technical Support of Windows (lots of noise and talking in the background like from a call center). Asked to be taken off the list stated "No I will call you everyday". Kept asking if I had a computer in the house
