Caller ID says, "AL, USA." The caller did not leave a message. I do NOT know anyone in Alabama - a dead cert this is a telemarketing call. I have blocked the number.
Telemarketers, why do you waste your time and mine? I will not buy anything from you. If I want something, I will research it via reputable resources online or in print and then go from there. A random phone call from some stranger - read: you - makes me want to run a mile and for the hills. Go away!
I just received a call from this number, they offered to get me money from Government Grants, I asked to be taken off their list. The guy argued with me and said they would not take me off their list and would call me again. Rude, and very unprofessional. The number is busy if you try to call back.
Answered the call and heard a repeated HELLO, when they finally spoke they asked if they could talk to the manager. I said no, can I help you with something. They said No, duh. Told them off and hung up.
They are apparently running several scams at once. Since I own a restaurant, they came after me claiming that they were from Restaurant.com. I told them I wasn't interested and they hung up. One more number blacklisted on my Pro Call Blocker box; I've blacklisted over 60 numbers since I bought it in mid-June.
The lady called my husbands cell bout an hour ago she was asked not to call back. Well she did about 15 mins again. he told her he wasn't interested n not to call again then hung up. She called right back I then answered the phone she began telling me I was rude n didn't even know what the call was about. I told her she was told not to call back n she did. She told me again that I was rude n then called me a b****. I went off on her telling her is was the rude one n not to call this number back. She then called me a b**** again n hung up. Something needs to be done with these people its ridiculous!!!
Only the number (205-614-5083) came up on my cell phone, no name of person or company. When I answered, it was a recorded message saying something like this: "We're sorry to report to you that your Visa debit card has been blocked. To deal with the situation, press 1." I hung up. Phishing, probably.
