The calls from (206) 200-7100 and (206) 200-6011 seem to be the same type of call from a cruise company. They both start with a loud long fog horn. They are both very persistent, one or the other calls me daily on my cell phone. How did they get that phone's number? Today it was Friday, Sept. 21, 2012 @ 2:20 p.m from the. (206)200-6011 number.

It says it right in the agreement that u allow them to call and solicit u but to make it worse when u accept u are subjecting all of your contacts list to these same calls. Read the agreement it says u are allowing us to use your contact list. Its awful so be careful before u agree to any app.
Sorry, but my phone is a basic model. It doesn't support apps. It just makes calls and takes pictures. Could there be another reason why I get these calls?
