Got a call, said it was my credit card company, and they wanted to lower interest rate. It wasn't my CC company. It was some debt consolidation/settlement company.
This is the 4th call this month I've gotten from them. Different number each time.
I am registered in the 'do not call registry', so I shouldn't be getting them.

I get a call from this company a few times a week. Asking them to stop calling does no good. Registering a complaint on the Do Not Call website does no good. My guess is this is an over seas company spoofing phone numbers. If any one does figure out who the company is and where they are located (address) I would sure like to know. I would love to let my lawyer talk to them.
If you call the number back, it goes to a recording and you can press '1' to have them not call you back. I had this happen before through a different number and they stopped calling me. But now apparently they are trying from this number.
