"Heather from account services" is back! It's a well known scam.

THe phone rang at 9 am.  Answered it and it was a recorded message about getting lower credit card rate.  I pressed "2" to be deleted.  Finally someone answered and I said "please remove me from your calling list".  She said OK and hung up.  I have not had any of these calls in a long time.

I did not answer the phone once I saw the ID.
I have repeatedly place my number on the do not call list so why do they keep calling.
I understand that non-profits are still allowed to call twenty times a day but this is a for profit business!

I received a call about 10:00PM the night before with this number: 210-374-8284.  The next day this people are calling me. The Do Not Call does not seem to do anything about it.
