Scammer trying to say he has some investigating to do to be able to give you some money and a car.....caller ID on AT&T uverse stated Jamaica....accent sounded Jamaican with a little bit of a west african accent...will probably call him back and tell him a mercenary has been hired to kill him and is on his way down there.
