Received a call (caller ID said BainBridge Island) .. msg said that IRS was posting a lawsuit against me and that I should call
206.451.0992 (the caller ID #) I hung up.
Tax scam. A foreign accent guy threatened me and said that the IRS was going to have the FBI and my local sheriff's department to arrest me take over my house my property and all of my personal belongings if I did not pay the $7,900 that he was saying I owed in back taxes from 2009 - 2014. I was nice about it and told him my lawyer will call him to straighten things out and hung up on him.
On 10 Feb 2016 at 10:33 a.m. in Louisiana, a female left a message on my answering machine stating she was from the IRS, and I am to call 206-451-0992 because "they are filing a lawsuit against me".
