Automated scam call purporting to be the IRS.  Funny that it would come from a Washington State area code.

I just got the same robo number, IRS is auditing you blah blah blah call back on the same number. Thinking about calling them back to prank call them, can't imagine what they are actually asking for lol. "Pay $500 dollars in an untraceable form of currency for us to go away...."
