Received a call today from this number also. Also sounded like a middle-eastern man on a fuzzy line. Asked for a person who, as far as I know, has never had our phone number (although we've received wrong calls for her in the past).
Got this call this morning from 206-494-9652. It was an automated call from "your credit card company" assuring me that nothing was wrong but that they wanted to talk to me about lowering my interest rate. I hung up after that. The automated voice was a pleasant "English as a birth language" female voice. Obviously "your credit card company" gave it away. Caller ID showed as Washington.
I've received calls from this number over the last few days. I'm currently being harassed by phone and I know the person is "spoofing" me, as several calls appear to be from my contacts. This number, however, is unknown to me. From everything written, sounds like it's a common number to use for no good.
