Received a call today from this number also. Also sounded like a middle-eastern man on a fuzzy line. Asked for a person who, as far as I know, has never had our phone number (although we've received wrong calls for her in the past).
I just got a call from the same man - as mentioned above, he does seem to have a middle-eastern accent. I simply told him he reached the wrong number and am hoping that dissuades further calls.
Same number, calls once or twice a day. My phone does not ring for this number as I have the ringer turned off for it. But there is never a message....next time I might answer.
I just received a call from my aunt in Arizona and did not make it to the phone in time to answer. When I dialed the automated message system I heard her voice and her message. BUT...when I checked the number on call display it states: Washington 206-494-9652 and has nothing to do with Arizona OR my aunt's phone number!!!
