Received a call today from this number also. Also sounded like a middle-eastern man on a fuzzy line. Asked for a person who, as far as I know, has never had our phone number (although we've received wrong calls for her in the past).
We get a call at least once a week from this # and its always an Indian sounding guy that wants info to send us scratch cards to promote the St of Utah and that we are guaranteed to win. the info he asks for is way too much and I always ask to be removed from the list, no luck, about to get really nasty with him!
i just get phone from this number and advised to call manager of programe at another number 202-621-0747 of treasury dept is giving free 5k for good use.
when i call 202 -- kevin ask how do i want money in bank account/western union or debit card.
when i tried to find more info he hang up.

Got a call on my cell phone. Couldn't understand him ver well. Heavy accend. Said that he was calling from England for a name I couldn't make out. Told him wrong nember and hung up/
