I'm in Kingston and have just gotten a call from them on my cell phone. No one would have this number except friends and family, so it was clearly sold to them by Rogers. Can't say I am surprised considering the track record of Rogers. Thank God I only have a few months left on my stupid contract with them.
Unknown caller from USA...calls my new cell phone, new number, given the number to only my aging parents in case of an emergency. Furious that this type of calling is still allowed to happen, AND they wake me in the night, making me think something is wrong with my mom and dad. My heart just pounds. I also get up at 4am to go to work and it is interrupting my sleep....what, now I have to turn my phone off because of an idiot who has no talent at selling their product face to face? they hide behind a phone?
Just got a call from these people - 9:55 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. I'm in Canada. I noticed on my cell I had had 3 previous calls Thursday night. The call name read WASHINGTON, I have previously had one from OREGON - thought it was a friend of mine who lives there. What a bummer, spam on my cellphone.
Likewise.. Also from 416 area (Toronto), just received a call on my cell from the same (206) 496-0410, at 9:42am EST. Missed the call anyway as it was on silent but I would normally have picked up the call.
Yes, I tried to answer and it immediately did a return call. Is that the scam, possibly -- trick you into making return calls?
I also get calls from the Oregon number.
