Who called from 2064960417

The number showed up on my cell and when I answered it - there was just phone noise, like you would get on a bad cell call.  I too have my cell on the DNC list but I guess it doesn't matter with this number.  I have to find out how to block it from my cell phone.

Received call on cell phone. I didn't answer. No voicemail. They had to got my number through State Farm or Progressive.

Got a call past Monday 11/14/2011 morning on my cell.

I received a call from this number on 11/15/11 and when I answered my phone they just hung up.  I
I am on a do not call list.

Got a call Tuesday night 7pm eastern time. I'm on the Do Not Call List as well.
