Who called from 2064960417

I did not answer this call, after reading the post here I am glad I didn't. I never answer calls form area codes I don't recognize.

Got one too.  did not respond.

It was asking if I wanted to reduce my interest rates on my credit card and I asked then which one.they responded visa, master card and american express. Then I asked them which bank and they hung up.

The same thing happened to me. I asked and they said, well we hold credit cards from hundreds of banks and mentioned a few and asked me at which one I held the majority of my debt.  I asked so you are not calling from a particular bank, and they hung up.  When they picked up from the recorded message, they sounded unprofessional from the get, so I knew not to give any information.  Who can I report this number to?

Thanks for the information.  This was very helpful!  I received a call from them also but did not speak with anyone.
