2nd time i received a call from this number about lowering my intrest rate to 6.9% on my credit card. I never believe calls like this. Dont respond to these calls they are scams!!
I answered, heard only static for a few seconds then they hung up. I'm thinking if i call back like others have, they have double confirmation that they have a LIVE ONE (number) on the other end. Best not to call back as they hope you will. I HATE parasites!
I missed the call but always check the internet if I don't know the number. I do not have a credit card so I have no idea why they would even call me. But I use to work for Nielsen ratings where the machine did the dialing so they are just cold calling. What is the use of DO NOT CALL if these kind of companies don't have to follow it. And this was on my cell phone since I don't even own a landline.
