The live "operator" is actually a scammer asking for your personal financial info.

Called and hung up on  my cell phone.  I am a very recent victim of identity theft and had the misfortune of having my bank accounts nearly emptied.  I suspect my information was garnered by a Sears credit application.  I may be paranoid, but this is my first call from this number, might they be connected to the identity theft?  Don't know.   I will try to find out how to block them.

HOW DID THESE JERKS GET MY CELL PHONE NUMBER?  THEY CALL ALMOST 6 TIMES A DAY. VERY ANNOYING - MY CELL CARRIER CHARGES A FEE OF $5 PER MONTH TO BLOCK THESE IDIOTS -

I received a call this morning from this number.  I did not answer because the number was unfamiliar. Thank you for the information everyone.
