Who called from 2064960950

Says they are calling about a political survey.  It also states to press 9 to be removed from the list.  Is this what is really does?

When criminals call you and try to trick you into pressing some number, it's only to confirm you phone #. The best thing is to NOT ANSWER anonymous numbers or numbers you don't recognize. Otherwise just hang up. This is a scam disguised as a political survey.

Received a call at 2.51PM. The caller hung-up.
