"How do we make this stop?" Just check the manual for your phone service. For my provider, I can key in a number or simply tell the system to pick out my last incoming number, and then I have it forward all future calls from that number to any other number I desire. One option would be to send all nuisance calls to 206-496-0950 (!) or another of my favorites. But I think the best bet is to forward it to 888-382-1222. That's the dialup number for the Federal Do Not Call Registry.
Sorry ... I have been reporting these calls for years, and it simply doesn't work. The FDNCR is useless.
