This guy started to call me more and more every morning. So I setup a trap through my server.
This guy in Israel using SIP call. The IP address come from IP 64.35.56.29
And registered as

Kfar Saba, 44442
Israel
He is using calling from Israel going through XO Communications Network
After trace this IP , I find out that this IP also belong to this Oden Industries in Israel
He also use this IP: 64.35.56.211 to call.
So if you want to report him use following information:

Report telephone 206-496-0955 will not effective because he can fake any number to call you.
Received a call from this number and also 206-496-0955 and also 206-496-0953 this week on my cell phone. As it was an unfamiliar area code, did not answer either. No voice mail left. Thanks to this website, I now know that it is a te;emarketing call. Appreciate this service.
Also picked up my land line the other day and received the phone call about a 30 second political survey and some sort of free travel opportunity. Hung up immediately as it clearly was a telemarketing call.
This number (Ind Sur Group) is a complete scam. We have two phone numbers at our home and both have been called repeatly. They never leave a message. Once my husband answered and it was some scam survey to try and sell cruises.
